How DMM Auto Check collects and uses personal information for enquiries, bookings, vehicle services, security and travel calculations.

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Polish versions, the English version will prevail.
1. Who is the controller?
Personal information for this service is handled under the trading name DMM Auto Check.
2. Information we may collect
- Identity and contact: name, phone number, email and preferred language.
- Vehicle: make, model, year, registration, mileage, fuel type, photographs and information you provide about faults or condition.
- Seller and location: seller postcode, seller address where needed, vehicle location and advert URL.
- Booking and payment records: service, staff assignment, date, time, history, status, price, cash-payment status, travel distance, consents and notes.
- Communications: chat messages, enquiries, notification delivery status, complaint records and correspondence.
- Reviews and gallery: display name, review text, rating, images, captions and publication status where submitted or approved.
- Administration and security: administrator account identifiers, request metadata, security logs, anonymous Chat session token hashes and hashed identifiers used for proportionate rate limiting.
3. Where information comes from
Most information comes directly from you. Vehicle advert and seller information may come from a link you submit or from the seller where you have arranged our contact. Please avoid giving us unnecessary personal information about another person and ensure you are permitted to share what is needed for the booking.
