The terms that apply when a consumer books vehicle inspection, diagnostic, mechanical or mobile services from DMM Auto Check.

1. About DMM Auto Check
These terms apply to services supplied under the trading name DMM Auto Check.
2. Scope of services
We provide mobile mechanical work, diagnostics, vehicle checks and pre-purchase inspections. The description and agreed scope of the selected service form part of the contract. Work outside that scope requires separate agreement.
3. Booking process and contract
Submitting the online form sends a booking request. It is not accepted until we confirm the appointment, service scope, location and a fixed price or clear pricing basis. A request marked Custom Quote is not a final price or accepted service contract until we give you the quote and you agree it. We may ask for further vehicle or seller information before acceptance. Our confirmation identifies when the service contract is formed.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, have authority to book the service, tell us about known hazards or modifications, and cooperate reasonably. If you are arranging an inspection at a seller's premises, you must obtain the seller's permission for access, diagnostics and any road test.
